📢 Internal: Equality Policies
The company has established a comprehensive policy on equality and transparency that regulates access to employment, internal promotion, remuneration, harassment prevention, and female representation in decision-making bodies, especially within the framework of subsidized projects. This policy is based on current Spanish legislation (Ley Orgánica 3/2007 and Reales Decretos 901/2020 and 902/2020) and includes measures such as inclusive wording in job postings, objective evaluation of competencies, mandatory equality training for recruitment personnel, and traceable documentation of all processes. It also promotes a transparent salary policy based on technical criteria, a specific protocol against sexual harassment or harassment based on gender, and actions to increase the presence of women in leadership positions, ensuring the monitoring of indicators and the application of corrective measures in case any inequalities are identified. Overall, the company aims to foster an ethical, inclusive organizational culture committed to real and effective equality.
