Mercor, which connects AI labs with domain experts for training their foundational AI models, is close to raising $350 million at a $10 billion valuation.
The two-year-old startup has been in discussions with investors for a Series C round.
Scale is clearly concerned enough about the threat of Mercor, and the poaching of one of its employees, to pursue legal action.
